Every DEFERENCE balance is read from Transfer events at one block.

Every INFERENCE activation since the last snapshot is counted for the wallet it credited.

Weigh
Weight is your balance times one plus your usage ratio, capped at two. The pot is split by weight.

Cumulative amounts go into one Merkle root. The inputs are archived and their hash rides in the URI.
A worked example
Three holders and a pot of 29 INFERENCE. The numbers below come from the same code the cycle runs.
